There are lot of opportunities about learning . Company inspires to employees to take knowledge himself/herself.Always welcomes new opportunity.

Dislikes

At the time of appraisal employees are removed. Management gives value to manager level person in short ey prefer to work with their old employee. Daily it has been shown that you are employed because of us.No values to employees.

Job security - Bad

Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Lot of opportunities are given......But not suits who want to work with self respect.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
