No job security they have laid off many employees in corona. There's bug in your code that will ask you so many questions why, how, what etc. Also salary will be deducted for each bug. To get salary hike you have to become favourite of your manager. New employee will not get much salary hike. There are couple of old employee they will always get good hike even twice a year. You can have professional growth as per your hard work and technical skills.For freshers it is most recommended company. You can get real technical work which improve your skills. Pay scale is also good. One of the most pros for Gujarati and technical skilled person is that you don't need to have fluent English. Company just focus on your technical skills.

Dislikes

Fired ratio is very high so must focus on your performance. Too much process overhead. Company don't have future vision and they don't upgrade with new technologies. Generally you have to lost Company Performance Intensive which is near about 5% of your CTC.
