The company has implemented advanced IT systems & overstaffed all departments with excessive hiring due to high employee attrition...these systems are completely misaligned with the actual needs of business

I wouldn't recommend this company for long run. The job security here is questionable, and the overall direction of business doesn't seems long. Management doesn't appear to be fully invested in the growing business and department heads seems to be running things with a political approach rath er than focusing on professionalism and business development</mark>.
