Mastree is the platform who helped me to start my career after a break. I am glad working with the firm as where you get a chance to explore and get the best version out of yours. Nothing to dislike. I love Mastree for everything.

Language specialist cum counsellor. Amazing platform for kids where they are guided or trained for public speaking with guaranteed outcome.

I like the platform. It's well and good but the salary aspects are unsatisfactory. They change their rules regarding pay out every now and then and make sure the employee gets the least possible amount.

Dislikes

Everything was fine when I joined, but soon after the first month of joining they started to cut my salary every now and then. Monthly I earn only around 10 k from Mastree(as they provide no classes saying they have no students due to so and so reasons) they take a 10 percent of that a s tax( they provide no salary slip as well). Another demeaning thing is that we have to get ready and wait for the students to join ,and if students do not join we are not paid. They pay zero respect for the tutor's time. Mastree's company policy is not good. They don't take into account teachers perspective. Content is regressive and repetitive.

They don't pay heed to constructive feedback. They just put forward rules for teachers and believes in penalising the teachers and deduct the fee.

The company has wonderful work culture. There is good coordination among team members despite being virtual. Company policies are good and my experience till now is good.

National holidays must be given. Salary must be increased based on the duration of work.

There is absolutely no job security, they can sack you anytime they want. Management is pathetic as HR are confused all the time. Company policies are very bad. They keep changing their policies in regards of payment. The only best thing is training and course curriculum.

Please don't waste your time and effort giving tedious interviews with them. Your designation will be teacher but more than that they will ask you to convert the students and put target pressure. And yes they pay you just Rs.50 for 40 minutes session where you have to conduct classes an d sell your course also. You will hardly get 3-4 classes a day. They paid 200-300 per session earlier but they keep changing policies and now you might never know they decrease it to less than Rs.50...Read More
