I like the platform. It's well and good but the salary aspects are unsatisfactory. They change their rules regarding pay out every now and then and make sure the employee gets the least possible amount.

Dislikes

Everything was fine when I joined, but soon after the first month of joining they started to cut my salary every now and then. Monthly I earn only around 10 k from Mastree(as they provide no classes saying they have no students due to so and so reasons) they take a 10 percent of that as tax( they provide no salary slip as well). Another demeaning thing is that we have to get ready and wait for the students to join ,and if students do not join we are not paid. They pay zero respect for the tutor's time. The platform offers no carreer growth as they are least intrested in conducting any developmental programs or conferences. I am totally dissatisfied working in working here....Read More

Mastree's company policy is not good. They don't take into account teachers perspective. Content is regressive and repetitive.

Dislikes

They don't pay heed to constructive feedback. They just put forward rules for teachers and believes in penalising the teachers and deduct the fee.

There is only Hiring but you are not provided any class nor given any payment security. So basically you are just hired and your wait for getting classes in never-ending.

Likes

Master was the best online edtech company I worked with. Supportive team, amazing content, management was transparent.

Dislikes

There is nothing I disliked. It gave me an opportunity to work with. I am always greatful to Mastree.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
