baised company policies and it changes every other month, 9 hr shift 6 days working wont be surprised if they even make 10 hr or 11 hr shift in the future. no benefits for employees

Please understand policies before joining... Policies are totally against the Employee. Policies are change in every month. No relaxation, No work life balance, even they can ping you at mid night...Their work is most important than you health. 6 days working, Nothing to learn, The hire PHP Developer but the PHP Developer are just Data Analyst. Spoiling career of PHP Developer.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. Even shop owner take care of his employees more than this company. Just one leave every month. No sick leave or anything. Designation doesn't matter in this company. Everyone salary is same either you're a developer or data entry guy. This more than 200 times before joining.

Nothing there's nothing good in this company, no new tools just basic and manual thing. All employees there are stuck due to some problem. They don't even provide tea. Only politics ,seniors are worst. No guidance just blame game. salary below average wage of a worker. You will never get any support from the company in hard time.

Yes you will get two samosas and one glass hot soft drink if there's any function. Otherwise you have to bring samosas for the others even the owners on your first salary day.

Leads are Excellent...Having Great knowledge. Supportive environment. Excellent opportunity to grow within the organization. Work pressure is there but hay...Where doesn't and rough seas makes good sailors.

This company deserve just 0 rating, HR is totally unprofessional, she does fake promises. at the last moment she denied for the position while she already eaten my 4-5 days. She convinced me for package and told me that ok we are sending you offer letter according to your expectation but next day she denied that we can not give coz our client is not permit us to do this while she already committed me that you can resign from your position so that you can join us early....Read More
