Fresher and Experienced employees who got the offer from this company please do not join this company. I think you get the offer of implementation support engineer or marketing or development or tester. Please do not this company. The notice period is 3 month and management behaviour is very bad ,it's my personal experience and I have given my reference to my multiple friends they are harrassed by management. You know when you leaving the office after serving the notice period ,they will mention on your final document, your working process was very slow you are not able to do the task and you have not good knowledge like that words in your feedback....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything?
