Working at MasterSoft ERP Solutions has been a disappointing experience in several ways. Career growth opportunities are almost nonexistent, as employees are stuck doing repetitive manual tasks without exposure to new technologies. Team leads like Rahul Gumgaonkar are not given the chance to develop their skills or guide their teamseffectively. The company’s leadership does not focus on real improvements but instead prioritizes less important matters. The HR management, particularly Rutika Nilamwar, lacks proper decision-making skills, often making one-sided choices without considering employee concerns. Job security is very poor, and there is no transparency in management decisions. Additionally, the salaries are much lower than industry standards, making it difficult for employees to stay motivated.
