There is job security and perks are better than most other companies in the same sector.

Job security - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

However, compared to It's direct competitors it's compensation is low.. No work from home is allowed for long term and this lack of flexibility is a serious disadvantage..

Lack of career growth opportunities. Work in analytics is really just data pull and benchmarking. Lack of motivation
