Job security , since covid situation they put employee on subbatical leave without salary . People who has already left previous organizations and join newly to mastek feeling worst decesion they have made to join mastek.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. But the resources sometimes lacks. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I got to travel abroad, especially to UK. Compensation is not at all decent. After the new HR system increments are really poor every year. Employees are not motivated monetarily at all. Work pressure is very high sometime and have to work for 14-15 hours in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late in night;">.
