Lot of bad politics. Micro managing of ur work, alot of personal attacks on floor, management supports who are not correct and very biased. They say that job security but theres no such thing. They dont give proper training, just shows off and record videos collect evidences , and actual scope is different than what's taught in the assignment. They will ask to sign the 2 year agreement and fire you under company performance and cost cut as a reson And the cruel part is,they will ask you to pay the agreement breaking charges which will blow your mind and they hold experience letter to make money out of you. Any legitimate organisation never seeks money from a employee. Red flag here.

I'm not satisfied with the work culture there. There's no proper growth and managers are really hectic. I quit as no proper support from them .But higher management is really good. We need to work more and still they are not satisfied with the work. This is worst environment here
