Lot of bad politics. Micro managing of ur work, alot of personal attacks on floor, management supports who are not correct and very biased. They say that job security but theres no such thing. They dont give proper training, just shows off and record videos collect evidences , and actual scope is different than what's taught in the assignment. Very strick for not providing WFH. Leaves are very less. Complete nigh shifts only no day shift Health issue occurs after 8-9 months If not taken care properly.

They will ask to sign the 2 year agreement and fire you under company performance and cost cut as a reson And the cruel part is,they will ask you to pay the agreement breaking charges which will blow your mind and they hold experience letter to make money out of you. Any legitimate organisation never seeks money from a employee. Red flag here.
