I joined Farzi Cafe in May 2019 as Senior CDP. Fortunately my subordinates and my team was great and Ihardly remember of having any clashes among us regarding any issues. The team was very cooperative and supportive too. The great part about Massive is the young culture which is desperately required in current hospitality industry. As I mentioned above about the Job Security. During the lockdown, the company showed it's TRUE colors where everyone in the company came to know the core intentions of the top management and the owner Mr. Zoravar Kalra. That was the time we came to know that all the company cared was for Money. There was no formal intimation or a notice as to what are the people (who work their life off for the company) going to do. How are they going to survive. There were staffs who struggled to even survive for what they were getting paid and the income just stopped overnight.
