Everything we have to do manually but Yu can learn the flow incase if you r there in trade . You r open to learn everything .. no restrictions for cross training. Even you can give suggestions to your manager in case of any automation which will reduce your work.. if you are a smart worker you will get a recognization like anything.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
