Just the lunch table time feels productive otherwise all the time they're day-dreaming to beat Getty images(the world's biggest stock shoot agency).

Dislikes

Learnings are the fact that matters, no promotion, no salary increment, they pay you bonus cheques with a year's bond. Unnecessary pressure, repetitive work, feels like wasting time later.
