There are so many things that are problematic! 1. Lack of interest from the management team to accept technological advancement and implementing the same in the work. 2. People with a Narrow minded set to accept the change. 3. Absolutely NO work life balance. The official office timing is 9 am to 5.30 am (8.5 hrs). However, you are expected to work for minimum of 11 hours a day with no compensation in terms of payment, leaves etc. This is because less manpower and again no technology implementation. 4. Doubtful ethical practices 5. No dignity for those on notice period. They will find a way to make sure you don't get your desired and promised pay/salary on time. You literally have to beg for your own salary. Ghosting is their way! 6. Mon to Sat: working (Sat is work from home but again no relief in the scheme as you are expected to work for extra hours). 7. It's an office where you can gain prior experience, before going to a good, bigger company

They try to show that their work environment is very good, but unfortunately it's the opposite, almost all the staff that's in some position is toxic and wants to pull you down due to their own incompetence, years old practices still going on nothing can be changed, if you are a friend of the owner or if you are good at polishing the administration you are good here or else it's a hell hole, many things can be changed if employees are actually seen as people and not robots, period for woman wasn't seen as a reason for asking for a leave, and raise in salary was a joke, it was again influenced by people who shouldn't even have that power because they were exploiting it....Read More
