The company I am working at present is adaptive to new technology and updates its employs to the new technology.me and my team together put efforts to provide best output to client in mechanical works on site and in design. Masah specialized construction is a GCC based company and a sister company of Dr Sulaiman Al Habib medical group.

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike about my company is that I don't get to go on vacation on time. Because of pressure of work on site and I always have to postpone my vacation.

Work Details

My work at masah is a bit challenging and in pressure type because of time line to complete all works on site and also design in the given period of time to complete the project. We get to have a great amount of experience with every project consultant

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
