Office working hours are 10 to 7 only on the paper, but at the time of month end it will be fixed coming time and it might be possible that you are not allowed to going home till work ends. On normal working day it is compulsory to take permission of your reporting authority for going home even if you are going on time. Same routinework,No learning(0).
