Very poor support from team , no team work , lots n lots of unnecessary politics for nothing

Dislikes

Pathetic work place, no support from any side except Daimler.One cant survive with the operation style of the employer. Salaries not paid in time, last three month salary just not paid

Work Details

Selling Daimler product was difficult due to various reason, main was poor service back up by dealer, non availability of stocks and spares

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
