Company is really good and its a good place to work, i really enjoying workings with Marvell and i have learnt & experienced many areas in professional carrier.

Dislikes

Am an MBA graduate and 12 years of experience with end to end process, when my previous manager left i have taken initiate of all his areas and managing finance team with out CA since last 3 years but management given an assistant who is single graduate and experience only in AP & statutory, and also not efficient and organized in job. This person salary was 30-40% higher than my salary and management giving more importance, because person got appointed through reference. It was heart to me and insulting to my profession and education. so i learnt that influence can makes anything and no value for education....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
