Marvel properties is one of the most reputed firm in the nashik...Good work environment and supportive teammates (Boss, seniors). Company policies are good , appraisal are fair and give good salary and bonus every year. I'm thankful to be part of this company.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very friendly and supportive.

Dislikes

There is a lot of issues management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent.

Work Details

Job is quite interesting, i struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
