The recognition you get is highly dependent upon the exposure you receive in terms of region. A person in low volume market might not receive the due recognition after making all the efforts to make the region shine while another make get the advantage by doing much less due to high volume of the market they are handling. Opportunities are not equal for all despite handling the same role.
