1) Not so smart senior leadership and most of them underqualified for the role although executive leadership is great 2) Micro management culture disseminated by the mindset of people with poor or no business/management skills sitting at the senior leadership 3) The structure comprising of Asst. Manager --> Dept. Manager --> Manager--> Sr. Manager doesnt follow the classic pyramid structure, in fact people at Sr. Manager level are more in numbers than at Asst. It was been an honor to work in maruti suzuki being a part of msil enjoyed a lot. Got an opportunity to learn about vehicles category and loads of fun

Dislikes

Over load and burden of timing of 12hrs and even use to work on sundays while others spend quality time at home after lot of works. and hrs use to debit the salary amount with 500rs. incentives was given late it takes 3 months to receive incentives and were not given on time as they mention before joining.
