They do hiring only from selected colleges, And there are many good colleges but students are not hired from there, they hire mostly people from Haryana state but only 20% are hired from other states.

I think there is no reason of dislike but as we know we are human that's why we judge so worker use their mobile phone at a time of work......I think it should be improved only by complement by supervisor only.... don't take it personally......if I made a mistake then sorry for that ... .

As an intern you can learn many things there in any field you want to do job and you can learn about different processes of different departments.

Many of the senior employees are diploma passout and they are at higher positions and do not take their work seriously and give them to their junior and they are looking for some interns.

Pseudo growth as in - your salary will grow but even after 15 years you'll be doing the same work. Pathetic work culture in sales- Promotion is not at all KRA driven but upon managers discretion Transfer policy totally unfriendly to all even high performing employees Bureaucratic nature of work with no power to an employee - you just communicate what seniors have told- and even share the blame of others.
