company ki policy bhut achi hai.rule bhut ache hai, vo alag baat hai ki har koi rules follow nhi karta. company management bhi bhut acha hai, time se sellry bhi deti hai bonas bhi time se mil jata haii, par hamari job secore nhi hai agar hamari job permanent jo jaye to bhut acha hoga hamari jindagi bhi achii ban jayegi.

ITI users are only placed on contractual basis,This is not good for the police company,If we also get a permanent job in the company then our life will also be made.

The job is quite interesting,all staff was also very good,I train very well,If I get a chance again, I would like to work with the same staff
