As a company it is doing good, have shared various future plans also in media which looks good

Work Culture, Growth path for employees, learning curve is very slow, HR policies are majorly dependent on your manager. No major role of HR for enforcement of policies, very less employee friendly policies and that too employees can't use because of Managers.

They do hiring only from selected colleges, And there are many good colleges but students are not hired from there, they hire mostly people from Haryana state but only 20% are hired from other states.

I think there is no reason of dislike but as we know we are human that's why we judge so worker use their mobile phone at a time of work......I think it should be improved only by complement by supervisor only.... don't take it personally......if I made a mistake then sorry for that ... .

As an intern you can learn many things there in any field you want to do job and you can learn about different processes of different departments.

Many of the senior employees are diploma passout and they are at higher positions and do not take their work seriously and give them to their junior and they are looking for some interns.

There no use on working with maruti suzuki India because they won't notice who is working are not people who doesn't work they more benefit....any one interested to not work but they want best benifits they can join the Maruti Suzuki india limited
