Marsh is a great company to work with. Work culture is good. People from all levels are approachable. You need not worry regarding job security as all employees including helping staff from D category were not laid off & paid in full during lockdown in Covid. Time to time, internal job posting are released which employees can apply & can get promoted. Salary & yearly appraisal is at par with the market....Read More

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, however growth is slow. We do get appreciations from stakeholders & insurers, but sometimes managers are biased & efforts go unnoticed.
