As per Indian Working rules, there should not be 1 year legal agreement, doing that is illegal thing. In MARS they always force for 1 year Agreement, you should trust your employees who works in very less amount salary.

Salary payment is good. Helping HR service's. Work environment is also good.

Salary payment needs to be improved. Earlier it was paid on time between 7 to 9 of month but from last 4 months is being delayed by 10 to 12 days. Salary is being paid less as dedicated during joining . Current Employees should be priority rather hiring new one for new projects, where would old Employees go after completion projects.
