I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Salary payment is good. Helping HR service's. Work environment is also good.

Salary payment needs to be improved. Earlier it was paid on time between 7 to 9 of month but from last 4 months is being delayed by 10 to 12 days. Salary is being paid less as dedicated during joining . Current Employees should be priority rather hiring new one for new projects, where would old Employees go after completion projects.
