Nothing much. It is truly vexing that we find ourselves in this situation. The lack of progress and the persistent challenges have reached a point that demands immediate attention. It is unacceptable that we continue to face obstacles that hinder our objectives.

Dislikes

I am quite frustrated by the lack of a clear policy regarding leave, work expectations, and payment structures. This absence of formal guidelines is causing confusion and uncertainty among employees, ultimately impacting morale and productivity. It is imperative that we develop and implement comprehensive policies to address these critical areas.
