No issues with Job Security. Work culture is balanced, sometime need to work hard but will get compensation as well. Company management is good but not in all. Company policies are not much good.

It was horrible experience for me personally they never told me what is the work in training and thinks that I have learnt a lot of things in training and gave me handle the projects Remote support is the worse you have to work like 12 hours max in this company so you have no life that's all

Please don't go in this company Because they will put you on the projects suddenly You have to learn on your own in training No salary growth for me even they provide less salary to begin with

Poor management, no corporate culture at all, no HR policies and HR is just for name sake, no parking for employees (only manager can park) they are searching for new office hope there they will try to resolve these issues.
