I think one of the most essential elements of a successful NGO is to be inclusive in nature and to be willing to go above a beyond for the required cause. Marpu foundation is based on good ethics and focuses on issues like environment, Corporate Social Responsibility, working on a sustainable cause and so on. This is what contributes towards making it the best.
