Highly structured organization with no scope of any leakages in processes or distortion in the culture.

As all processes are very automated, it would be a great experience working here if you get to switch profiles internally , which they help you in , so this is not a con as such , just an insight !

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. They take care of your well being by allowing leaves and also introduced Friday's off as Well being day-off from work for three consecutive months. The management keeps in touch with you to get your feedback and appreciate all your efforts.

Dislikes

The nature of working in shifts is little uncomfortable as it extends for upto 1-2 hours more than the shift timings.
