The company's work culture is employee centric. No working hours, unlimited no question asked paid leaves also the company have a policy for employee's to rejuvenate, the program is called reboot. In reboot the company offers Friday, Saturday & Sunday off in every month and every 3 month Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday, also company provide us with a budget to rejuvinate during reboot. So for management, we hate managers at Market Pulse, we don't have any managers and we don't want to, we are given the opportunity to take the responsibility and complete the task. No politics since we have flat hierarcy. We don't have a management team, we have leaders who guide us and show us the path in our personal and professional life as well...Read More

Each person has the freedom, trust and support to give their best shot at whatever work they do. When I joined Market Pulse it was just like many other startups setting up their pace to be up in the game, but what was different here than any other organisation is the love for people, care for their employees, rise of culture where along with the company growth they also focused the people working for the company. Market Pulse focused on turning their ordinary folks into extraordinary contributor. I just dint realize how did days pass by because showing up to work was not less than any excitement for a reason being able to pick up new challenge and explore new vertical. Amazing work culture and because of this I love my work instead of just doing 9 to 6 job. Its actually one of great place I have ever work. There is no restricted boundaries to do the same work for years, that freedom always motivates you. Company is always there to take care of everyone as team / family member and not just employee that's the great thing which I experienced here.
