Market Access Transformation is a group of self motivated individuals. We have enough freedom to try out and suggest new approaches to solve problems. There is also superb guidance from seniors which makes it a delight to wor at MAT.

Dislikes

I think we need to manage some junior folks properly. Not everyone is self-motivated. Some people just need a little push in terms of assigned tasks and deadlines to do their best.

Work Details

I am working as an individual contributor. I work across the stack including Angularjs on frontend, Django on backend and Metabase as our reporting and Analytics tool.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
