Hopeless company. Never join. No process in place. Tools and applications are poor. No work culture.

Dislikes

Disrespectful to employees. Too much politics which hinders growth. Employee s are liabilities not assets. No job security. People literally shout on floor and are loud even managing director. Poor management. I regret myself a lot why I joined such organisation in my career.

I like only 5 days working. But for Finance department this is not applicable. Appraisal are based on late sittings & working on holidays & not on merit basis. If you finish your work on time then you have no work to do

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
