I like only 5 days working. But for Finance department this is not applicable. Appraisal are based on late sittings & working on holidays & not on merit basis. If you finish your work on time then you have no work to do

Dislikes

Unsupportive Leadership Team, No recognition, No motivation, Appraisal are based on apple polishing & not on merit basis.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
