It is rare to see management that treats all employees equally. There is no partiality for any employee. In a few companies where I have worked, this was not the case. But I am happy that Markelytics' management is very clear in its principles.

Dislikes

It is very convenient to work from home but internet problems can mess up the work. if the office opens soon, then I will not be having internet issues.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Throughout the week, schedule flexibility is observed. It is easy to manage the work when there is no rigidity regarding the schedule. Although work deadlines are determined by the managers, I can decide how to complete a task. Achieving mental is, therefore, not a challenge. The managers are more than understanding and make work stress-free.

I communicate with my colleagues via email. Some of them take more than a day to respond.

Markelytics has a strong culture that motivates me to work here. It is maintained well and ensures a sense of belonging. I am not originally based in this city. It was only for this job that I relocated from Northeastern India to Mumbai. Yet, I never felt excluded from the team. The employees here are friendly and always make me feel included.

I have always received opportunities to work with big clients Projects are fairly distributed as per the interest and abilities of employees. There are other benefits as well such as fun events. Initially, work-life balanced was great. After a year too, there is nothing that affects this balance. We work on so many projects. But the deadlines are achievable and the workload isn't high. There is a consistent balance between my personal and professional life. It is very satisfying to work in such an office where personal life is not interfered with.

I've worked in offices where I was the only software developer. In this office though, there is a proper team of developers. Work division is thoughtfully done to avoid high pressure on a single employee. New resources are added as projects or tasks increase. The company has good and practical ways to provide work life balance to its employees.

We have a big cafeteria in the office. There are also some food options. But mostly, there are for vegetarians and not non- vegetarians

I was a complete fresher when I came to this organization. This role began with thorough training to understand my responsibilities. Following that, I was given tasks to manage them independently. A Fun-filled office environment exists here. HR often hosts activities to encourage interactions among employees other than for work.
