Good thing is that all crew is indian.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high. Sometimes i have to work for 20-24 hours. Officers and masters do not value crews work, they want daily work done due to company pressure. Working onboard is not safe. No one teaches to trainee, trainee have to learn all by him self. Salary is to low. Ships environment is full of politics. job is not secured. Chief cooks dont know to cook food.
