This is my first company, so I always owe this company to give me a platform to showcase my work. It gives really different feeling when you hold the part which is designed by you. This happiness is beyond imagination. I have learned a lot in this company and still everyday learning something new.

I feel I am not getting paid well and work culture is something which is challenging .But if you feel you’re crazy like me so you will find a way to create a good culture around you. At the end it’s not in our hand to change any company’s work culture ,but what in our hands is to extract the best out of it , rest is just a residual.

- Extreme work load - Need to stay 15 hours daily. - Manager expects you to do work of 4 person - Product and process Development activities are like hell, unrealistic deadline. - To meet unrealistic deadline, you will be in constant thought process even reaching home. - Don't join this company as it has local culture, it's not MNC culture. - Working with supplier is worst. - Both Pune and Sanand plant is worst. - Due to unemployment in market, company is taking its advantage and keeping all level employees between 3 to 5 lacs range. - For development activities, you need to work on Sunday to fulfill Monday's target. - Management will not look at you even you do 14 hrs daily, they thinks it's routine for everybody. - No casual labour provided for work. You yourself is labour, operator and engineer. - Provided 1000 rupees party after every 3 months for emplyee satisfaction, but from next day they ask you to work 16 hrs....Read More
