One of the best companies of my life. My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts.

Work culture is average. No work life balance and sales pressure is so much.

It's very tough to get leave here. Less staff in big stores is also a problem and in my 3 .5 years of career got only one increment.
