Employee can leave office at 3:00pm with company transport and once you reach home, you have to work from home for 1.5 hours. This saves lots of time. As at 3:00pm, there is no traffic.

Their is nothing which feels to be part of this organisation.

Everything... No job satisfaction.. no skill development.. tedious job.. feels like data entry job in this organisation.. being part of this organisation for more than 5 years.. the managers didn't even feel to send the employee for plant visit to gain the floor knowledge... No growth from skill development. For freshers this is worst company to join.
