Micromanagement is at top level. For freshers, knowledge review sessions, TPM (Rakam) will threat you that I will fire you in this sessions and called you puppet of company. Moral is this knowledge sessions is that you will not get any knowledge. Learning because you work for 6 days a week and won't even think about your personal life , no employee stays there more than a year , they just run out of it.Health will be sacrificed and even though won't be any appreciation. Company staff stays there than any other employee.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance , no job security , if you want better pay can go for it , full of internal politics , sabka bakwaas , only go if you don't have any other option .

Good for growing your technical skills. But remind one thing there is no job security. They can fire anyone either permanent employee and manager without any valid reason.

Job security is very less. They will fired you in 1 sec at any time without proper reason.
