They colleagues I got there were good and of helping nature.

Dislikes

Their work culture is so bad they don't value employees and their health as well they are only concerned about their work needs to be done. In case of emergency or personal problem they will not allow work from home at all.They don't have laptops to give to their employees they provide desktop mostly so that you can not ask for WFH. For employees wellness they don't have anything the cafeteria is also so small nothing is their they mix water alot in coffee machine. They only have one TT table that too they put eye on you how much break you are taking and plying TT. They torcher their employees put them in self doubts instead to motivating them. No appreciation of work from leads and managers. No others Benifits are given to employees. Completely worst company to work they don't value employees such a selfish people are there....Read More

Dislikes

Work culture is really toxic as there is no work life balance. Almost for 90% freshers its 12 hours job on an average and on good days ( rarely ) its minimum 9 hours. Work is monotonous and really boring. Since this company deals with everyday dileverables hence you are always on toes.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
