Dislikes

Work culture is really toxic as there is no work life balance. Almost for 90% freshers its 12 hours job on an average and on good days ( rarely ) its minimum 9 hours. Work is monotonous and really boring. Since this company deals with everyday dileverables hence you are always on toes.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
