The company owner is just an idiot half mad brain less most disgusting person. He doesn't have manners how to talk to staff he thinks that by paying higher salary he owns the staff. Their is no productivity work in the Company no growth no increment no offer letter no appointment letter nothing is given to Employee. Clerks will be given a junior lawyers job . Junior Lawyers will be given a clerks job . Senior Lawyers will be given a fresher job . Stenos will be given a clerks job . Office Executive will be given a job not coming within his profile . Accountant will be given a LAWYERS JOB . Lawyer will be given an Accountants job . Its an utter mess and hotchpotch . And finally the Boss who is a half baked lawyer will mess up everything with his incomplete knowledge and never ending arguments . At the end of the day there is no growth or work satisfaction . May be you have earned your salary for that day but the employer is so discouraging and will mock you and interfere in every little thing you do . Worst place to join and most importantly the employer is so diplomatic that he will sound extremely humble at the time of the interview but once you have joined him after leaving your previous job , the same employer will make life hell for you . Only those in dire need of money and having no self respect or having no desire to achieve growth professionally would continue to stay longer .
