If they like your work (Unless you're good by working overtime and have all the info on the fingers), they'll treat you fine. As a fresher you'll learn alot but with a lot of downsides.

Really bad management. CEO does not even know what he is doing. It's like every 3 months, the company changes the processes. Hires new people and fires them after. I'm surprised some comeback as a rehire. Very funny how they hire the people they fired. The managers are best of the crop, like literally they worship the CEO as some holy mythic creature and boost his ego. Most of the time they don't know what to do and they boast about their X years of experience. It's all honestly BS. They won't help you anywhere. Everything is bad there. Once you join mantra technologies you are stuck there. No work life balance Worst culture Poor management And the worst thing is they force people to write good reviews for them to fool other candidates.
