From day one to the exiting the organisation, everything is a disaster in marketing department. Company hires in bulk to speed up the website and content works. After the work is done you will be FIRED. Digital marketing work which can be done by 5 people, company hires 60 associates. I was told about horror stories of mass firing which is absolutely true. I have spent countless sleepless nights and fought anxiety. If you love politics, gossips, time pass with no real goals or motivation please do join. For experience it's a big NO. There is no digital marketing work, you will not learn any real time skills which will help in your career. Managers are 'Yes my lord' types. Director of marketing is an evil villain with zero knowledge about the domain. He just schemes evil plans to get people fired or screw in other ways possible. Management don't care about health. Overconfident team leads. Notice period is non negotiable 90 days so new company will not not be eager to hire but firing is within 1 day. Employees who don't get fired celebrates the firing of other employees and supports the management. Every employee has an inflated ego backed by superiority complex and micro agression. If you are from a MNC thinking of joining here don't, environment is super toxic from the time of logging in. My TL didn't have any interest in work. one of the worst tls i have ever seen. God knows how. There was not a single moment which I enjoyed during my tenure. If you think you have a peaceful life after leaving the org. You are in for a surprise, hr department slaps you with legal notice, calls and emails harassing you affecting your mental state. All the employees who works live in their own fantasy land. It's a horror house run by real life psycho maniacs. I still shiver when I see this company. Worst experience of my life....Read More
