This is a company with a bunch of pathetic, technically incompetent team leads and directors. They don't know how to manage resources or projects. All they know is to show their egoistic and unprofessional bossy attitude to the fellow team members. HR won't be of much help as they always are in favor of these egocentric TLs and directors. If you seek any support from them you will be fired. If they need support like sudden change in shift, they will call you anytime they don't bother even if you are in washroom you have to answer the call if not they will fire you next day with a reason you didn't respond for call. And if you have to inform or take permission or any requests you should not call or message anyone... Ofcourse they won't respond if u msg or call. Everything from shifts, KPIs, training, benefits is unacceptable. No training is provided and the process requires to use their own products which don't work anytime or anyday. Imagine this, you know the products don't work and so do the clients but you are expected to fix clients problem with no help from the IT team, forget the help they don't even accept there is a flaw with the apps. The only solution to everything from data inputs to issue with any app is to clear cookies and cache. Then comes the so called MATRIX org structure where reporting manager has memory issues and does nothing but point mistakes. Irony is the CEO is part of the feedback group where there is no feedback but stupid inputs.
