Very professional yet very healthy work culture HR policies are very employee centric, with benefits like health insurance for spouse as well Open door policy, you have access to anyone you would like to speak to irrespective of their designation. Salary is on time and great transparency is maintained

The package is satisfactory but there is still a scope of improvement.

The management could be more welcoming to the non native marathi speakers and should establish English as the primary language in order to enhance overall product efficiency. The company has very strict food and clothing rules which could have been flexible otherwise so that the employees feel comfortable and the focus could be layed on performance of the employees more!

Worst behaviour by senior HOD Mr katariya. He doesn't want to change and implement new things. Orthodox person and abusive. Many planning members have left the company because of him .He literally gives works like Xerox Krna , iski sign Lena h ,uski sign Lena h.
